Danube Delta:

Basically, the Danube Delta belongs to the Black Sea and is considered one of the most favorite places of the people who love nature. The Danube Delta is the second largest river in Europe. Many unique and different species of animals and plants are present there on the Danube Delta. 

A wide range of 23 ecosystems are present on the delta, which includes wetlands, and those wetlands are among the list of the world’s largest wetlands. Visitors have recommended that you should enjoy a slow boat ride along with the sunset and natural beauty that is present there on the Danube Delta.

Cluj-Napoca:

It is a city that has a list of universities that are considered as the largest universities in Romania. Cluj-Napoca is considered as the capital of Transylvania, but it is not declared officially.

In the past history of Romania, Cluj-Napoca was considered as the center of art and culture. Hungarian population is present there in the city, and in honor of the Hungarian king, a statue has been displayed there. The tallest church in Romania is also located in Cluj-Napoca.

Gothic St. Michaels constructed this church in the 14 century. National Museum of Art in which a collection of work which is done by Romanian artists is also present there in there Cluj-Napoca.

Mamaia:

The place which is positioned on the Black Sea, and it is considered as one of the most famous seaside resorts of Romania. Mamaia doesn’t cover a large area. It has covered an area that is only 8km in length.

White sand beaches, which are for sun or people-watching, are present there on Mamaia. A water park is also located there, and only for the enjoyment of small children. And for the sake of adults, there is a wind-suffering academy where they can choose and learn different lessons. One of the must places to visit in Romania.

Timisoara:

Timisoara, which is considered one of the largest cities in Romania, is located in the west of Romania. It was constructed in the early years of the 13th century. In the past, it was considered as part of the Ottoman Empire. It is among those cities of the world where the electric street lamps were installed for the very first time. 

The city was fully destroyed after the bombing, during the World War, but after that reinvented again. There are eleven towers in Timisoara, and they feature a wide range of paintings of the icons and the religious objects.

Bucharest:

Bucharest is a city of Romania which represents a combination of new and old. Visitors will be surprised to see a variety of buildings. Also, some buildings will look as they have been built in ancient times.

While some buildings are built according to the new trends of society. A few are built according to the communist-style, and all these buildings are located in the same block.

One of the world’s largest parliaments is located in Bucharest, and this parliament has 12 stories having a total of 3100 rooms in it. And the parliament constructed in the year of 1984.

Sinaia:

It is a foothill resort and was constructed nearby a monastery which was named after Mount Sinai. In this monastery, a copy of the very first Bible is present because of this, it is a favorite place, in Romania, for the tourists. 

In the summer season, this place entertains the tourists by being a great place for hiking. Whereas during winter, it happens to be a great place for experiencing downhill skiing.

It happens to be around another tourist’s attraction, which is Peles Castle, where King Charles I used to spend summer. This town is well known for awesome flowers, but picking them is lawfully forbidden.

Bucovina:

Bucovina painted monasteries in the northeastern section of the country are so picture-perfect that they attract many tourists towards them only because of their uniqueness. The exterior walls of these monasteries contain frescoes adornments that portray different images of angels and demons, saints and prophets, pictures of heaven and hell, and several scenes from the lifetime of Jesus Christ. 

All these images are from the 15th and 16th centuries. The best-preserved monasteries are in Humor, Suceava, Patrauti, Sucevita, Probiotic, Voronet, Moldovita. These monasteries, because of their beauty and picturesque quality, are the best places for tourists in Romania.

Brasov:

Presenting ancient world magic and modern active city life, the town of Brasov is one of its own kinds. It is situated in Central Romania, and its beauty could not be captured in words. It is surrounded by the Carpathian Mountains making it similar to a mountain resort. The facilities of skiing and skating are also available there, and tourists get to see the Black Church as a top site.

It is a Gothic cathedral and is named such because of the smoke from a fire in the 17th century left chippings black colored. Tourists would also like to walk down Rope Street, which is Romania’s narrowest street. In short, Brasov would be the perfect location to book a hotel because it offers a hypnotic view of castles, mountains, and the cathedral.

Sibiu:

 This city was constructed in the early years of the 12th century and once happens to be part of Hungary. This is a fragment of the Transylvania section and is well known to be related to vampires and Dracula to which visitors would love to come across.

There are also places of interest such as Grand Square, built-in 15th century, and various Baroque buildings. Relics of ancient protection are also of great curiosity as they were used as defense tools hundreds of years ago. One of the places to visit in Romania.

Sighisoara:

 It is a part of the Transylvania area and piques tourist’s interest because of the stunningly preserved walled town. The King of Hungary also invited the German merchants and artists, recognized as The Transylvania Saxons, back in the 12th century to help them to protect the boundary. 

They played an important part in establishing the prosperous trading town of Sighisoara. Every year there happens to be a Medieval Festival in an old fortress, which is completely spellbinding. One of the most renowned landmarks of this city is The Clock Tower. It is 64 meters high and constructed in 1556.
