ThankYouGambhir: Gautam Gambhir Announces Retirement From All Forms of Cricket

Gautam Gambhir, the 37-Year-Old Indian opening left-handed batsman, has announced retirement from all forms of Cricket today. He announced on Twitter.

Gautam Gambhir was one of the most underrated players in the Indian team. He played few crucial knocks for India which include the T20 Final’s in 2007 as well as a World Cup in 2011. In T20 final, he scored 75 of 54 against arch-rivals Pakistan. Whereas in the World Cup 2011 he made important 97 for the team against neighbour Sri Lanka in Mumbai.

The most difficult decisions are often taken with the heaviest of hearts. And with one heavy heart, I’ve decided to make an announcement that I’ve dreaded all my life.

He first played for India in 2003 and since then he played 58 tests, 147 ODI’s and 37 T20 for India and scored 10,324 runs for the country.

Gautam Gambhir will always be remembered for his both the knock in World Cup which let India lift the cup.

The next Ranji Trophy match against Andhra will be the last game of Gambhir which will be played at Feroz Shah Kotla where it all started for him.

Quora Says Around 100 Million Users Hit By Security Breach

A place to share knowledge and better understand the world or simple Quora on Monday said that around 100 million were affected by unauthorised access. On Friday Quora discovered that one of the systems was hacked by “a malicious third party,” CEO Adam D’Angelo said in the blog post.

The information includes name, email, encrypted password and also the data which may have imported from the other social network as well. Hackers also obtained the details about Question, Answer, Upvotes, Downvotes, but anonymous written question and answer are not affected.

We are in the process of notifying users whose data has been compromised and logging them out,” Quora CEO Adam D’Angelo said in a blog post.

He said we have identified the root cause and are now taking steps while the investigation is going. We are taking steps to make security improvements.

In the series of the data breach, Quora is the latest to hit. Last week Hotel chain Marriott was attacked with the same. They say that the data of around 500 million users have been compromised.

Another high profile case was of Facebook. The Yahoo was the biggest of all compromising the personal information of around 3 billion customers accounts.

This might possibly be her greatest individual moment in the professional career which was ruined by  DJ Martin Solveig when he asked Hegerberg to twerk on stage. She politely declined and tried to remove herself from the stage.

After the incident as social media backfired him for his inappropriate remark, Solveig apologised for explaining that was only for fun but, was highly sexist.

But, The movement was ruined.


Along with Ada Hegerberg, Luka Modric won his 1st Ballon d’Or ending a decade long claim of Messi and Ronaldo.

Luka Modric is the Ballon d’Or 2018 winner leaving the last decade legacy of Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo. The Croatia midfielder was red hot running far from the two after winning European Best Player, also being voted the FIFA World Best Player. He also won the Golden Ball during the World Cup. This is the Modric’s 4th individual award of the stunning season he had.

Luka Modric had an incredible 2017-18 season, helping Real Madrid to win 3rd consecutive UEFA Champions League, being the frontman and guiding National team to World Cup runners up in Russia 2018.

Meanwhile, Ronaldo came in second-place, with World Cup winners Antoine Griezmann and Kylian Mbappe finishing third and fourth respectively. Barcelona captain Messi surprisingly finished in a distant 5th.

Ronaldo and Messi’s fans unite as the Luka Modric won the Ballon d’Or. But isn’t fair.? Just to accept Croatia was the most underrated team and reaching the World Cup finals and leading them from the front Luka Modric deserves some credit for it.

While Lionel Messi didn’t have a good World Cup, Cristiano Ronaldo was good in the World Cup scoring hattrick against Spain, scored a winner against Morocco, but both couldn’t pass Round of 16 stages but Modric carried till finals and he was there stand out player.

As the tweet was posted, there was a small line written: “via Twitter for iPhone”. A Twitter user with name Marques Brownlee identified it and posted through his account after which the trolling game started.
