Pakistan Minister Gets Angry On Asking Name Of 58 Countries Backing Them On Jammu And Kashmir

Pakistan is trying everything after India scrapped article 370 two months ago and to date, they haven’t achieved anything in the complete process. PM Imran Khan and Shah Mahmood Qureshi gave several speeches in which he warned about a nuclear attack, he even talked with the American President. He spoke at the UN as well on the same issue but remained empty-handed.

Recently, Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Pakistan foreign minister lost his cool when the reporter asked him to name the 58 countries who his Prime Minister Imran Khan claimed are supporting Pakistan on Jammu And Kashmir. Imran Khan at the United Nation Human Rights Commission said 58 countries are backing Pakistan on the matter.

Pakistan foreign minister has also backed his PM’s statement by posting a tweet. In a talk show, Pakistan TV channel in a talk show asked the foreign minister to name those 58 countries which he says every time.

Shah Mahmood Qureshi snapped at talk show host Javed Chaudhry:

“On whose agenda are you working? Are you going to tell me or decide which countries have or have not supported Pakistan at the UN?… You may write whatever you want!”

The question didn’t escalate quickly. The host further asked endorsing PM’s comment on Twitter to which Qureshi was yelling to show the tweet.

“No! No! Show me the tweet I have written, not what Prime Minister Khan has written. You have said my tweet… show that to me. I want my tweet.”

After the tweet was shown to Shah Mahmood Qureshi, he backfired:

“I stand by what I have said. What is so surprising in this….whose agenda are you following?”
