IPL is the top T20 league around the world and Indians are still hopeful about IPL might happen this year. The 13th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) looks all but set to be moved out of the country due to the rise in the case of COVID-19.

“We are yet to decide on the venue but in all probability, it is going outside this year. The condition in India doesn’t look suited to have so many teams come in at one or two venues and then create an atmosphere which will be safe for the players as well as the general public even though the games may be played behind closed doors,” the official told IANS.

An official also hinted that UAE and Sri Lanka are top runners to host the IPL 2020. The BCCI is waiting for the ICC’s official words regarding T20 World Cup. BCCI is looking for a September-October window to hold the IPL. The cancellation of the tournament will lead to  ₹4,000 Cr loss to BCCI.

The article is shared by a satire site. A website by name foolishumor.com shared an article by title — “Budweiser employee acknowledges having been pissing into beer tanks for 12 years.”

The website mentioned the employee name as Walter Powell (alias used to keep his anonymity) and he said that he is doing this for 12 years now. He said he only worked in Budweiser Brewery Experience (Fort Collins, CO) so the rest of Budweiser made in other cities are free of piss. He mentioned he keeps working in the company every day and can’t be detected among 750 workers staff.

In all this, the website footer mentioned a clear message that — This website is a humorous page whose sole purpose is entertainment. The content of Foolish Humor is fiction and does not correspond to reality.

However, the news got viral and is also shared by some leading daily. And it also got viral on Twitter. And the users on the platform quickly started to share memes and jokes.

Navbharat Times reports — a man named Naval Kishore jokingly gave a packet of weed or ‘ganja’ to a fellow villager’s son, Nitesh, and said that it was methi.

Nitesh apparently did not realize what he had was not a vegetable. He then gave the weed packet to his sister-in-law who also did not realize what’s in the packet. She assumed that she is making ‘aloo methi’ but made ‘ganja sabzi’.
