BJP MP Pragya Singh Thakur Refer Nathuram Godse As Desh Bakht In Lok Sabha During Live Debate

BJP’s questionable MP Pragya Singh Thakur from Bhopal has sparked controversy once again on the name of Nathuram Godse. He previously also did the same. During elections, he also cursed Hemant Karkare which too sparked controversy.

Today, inside the Parliament, Pragya Singh Thakur during the debate refers Nathuram Godse as a Desh Bakht.

A DMK member A Raja cited a statement of Godse on why he killed Mahatma Gandhi during a discussion on the Special Protection Group (Amendment) Bill, Thakur interrupted and said, “You cannot give an example of a Desh bhakt.”

The opposition protested against the statement of the BJP MP while the members of her own party asked her to sit down. After which, the Speaker said only A Raja’s statement will be taken on record.

Later, Gaurav Gogoi of the Congress asked her to apologise on her statement referring Nathuram Godse a Desh Bakht. Twitter is also calling out Pragya Thakur for her statement.
