A Congress MLA PT Parameshwar Naik’s son in Karnataka got married breaking all the rules. An estimated 800-people attended the wedding among some were high profile guests. Health Minister B Sriramulu, Siddaramaiah, Leader of the Opposition, and G Parameshwara, former Deputy Chief Minister. No social distancing, no face mask in this coronavirus outbreak.

A large white tent set up in an open field in Laxmipura in Bellary district. Hundreds of people gathered outside. No rules followed. Not only people were seen without the mask they also stood shoulder-to-shoulder smiling for the camera.
The permission to attend marriage is 50 members. Bellary District Collector SS Nakul said that action will be taken against the persons concerned. However, as media entered to co-operate and not to hype the incident. Th congress MLA said he made repeated requests on social media asking people to stay away from the wedding.
It looks like the rules are only for the common man to follow and suffer.
