In Madhya Pradesh, On Camera BJP Minister Govind Singh Rajput Violates Social Distancing

Amid the pandemic, we all have witnessed lockdown for 2 months and are also adjusting to the new lives. The new normal includes a mandatory mask, social distancing to be followed all time and all places for everyone.

But, looks like all this is for commoners. BJP leader Govind Singh Rajput, a minister in the Madhya Pradesh cabinet has courted controversy after he was caught on camera violating social distancing norms as the coronavirus cases are already on the spike.

The incident is of Rahatgarh town, around 130 km from the state capital Bhopal. The leader was addressing a large number of followers in a hall. Most people sitting in the audience were not wearing masks. And need not to say social distancing wasn’t followed.

The rush in this meet looks scary.

The incident is of Saturday when Govind Singh Rajput had gone to meet his followers in the Surkhi constituency where by-polls are due after his resignation. He is the BJP’s most likely candidate from the constituency.

Previously, Manoj Tiwari was seen playing cricket without a mask and no social distancing. BJP Minister DV Sadananda Gowda said I come under the exemption on skipping quarantine. Amid complete lockdown, former Prime Minister HD Deve Gowda’s grandson Nikhil Kumaraswamy gots married with no rules followed and till date, no action is taken.
