Due to Coronavirus, India is in lockdown till May 3rd. This has lead to the closure of everything in the country except the essential services. Since everything is shut in the country there is one thing which many want to be open. It is nothing but the Liquor stores.
Ever since the lockdown started, people were asking if the stores will be open or not. Well, the government has strictly put a ban on alcohol since the lockdown. The organization has written to the government several times to allow them to open the store or home delivery. Nothing worked till date.

While the liquor is available in the black market then double or triple the price which everyone can’t effort. And it has been more than a month since lockdown. Now, a trend is started on Twitter to ban liquor in the country #LiquorFreeIndia.
The trend is getting heavier because of the involvement of both the section of the society. The drinkers and non-drinkers. The drinkers have started the memes trend.
