TN Man Allegedly Raped 14-YO Daughter For 3 Months, Gets Her Pregnant

In one of the shocking incidents, a Man allegedly raped her 14-year-old for over three months. The incident is of Mayiladuthurai, Tamil Nadu. The whole of the case came in light when the girl complained of stomach pain and vomiting.

The police have arrested the 40-Year-old father who is a cab driver on the charges of raping and impregnating his daughter. Allegedly, Kumar (name changed) had been raping the girl for three months.

The girl complaint of stomach pain and vomiting, her mother took her to the government hospital, where a doctor informed her mother that the victim is pregnant. When the girl’s mother confronted her daughter, she narrated her horrific ordeal.

After listing to the horrifying incident about being raped, the girl went through for the last three months, the mother approached the police station and lodged a report.

R Kopperundevi, the inspector told The Times of India:

“Based on the complaint, we inquired the minor girl and arrested Kumar. He has been booked under section 6 of the POCSO Act. Kumar was remanded in judicial custody.”

Crime

The girl is currently in the hospital and is treated. After being discharged from the hospital, the girl will be sent to the child welfare committee. If a child is sent back home, there are chances that she might turn hostile or change her statement, told an official of the district child protection unit of Nagapattinam.

It is shocking that in these tough times, these crimes are going on. After the strict laws against child crimes, the rate of crime isn’t decreasing. The same history follows with the female sexual assault. It looks like the criminal aren’t threatened by the law.

TikTok is one of the most used apps all around the world. In India, a few days ago, YouTube vs TikTok battle sparkled and boycott Chinese products is on the rise after which the number of smartphone users has removed the app.

TikTok alternative Mitron an Indian app went viral and soon was removed from Google Play Store. Another app developed by Jaipur based OneTouchAppLabs names as ‘Remove China App’ is now suspended from Google Play Store.

‘Remove China App’ got 1 million downloads inside 10 days of it launch and has over and a rating of 4.9 on Google Play Store. It was downloaded over 5 million times. The app just works similar to its name. The developer confirmed the suspension of the app. However, even the firm didn’t confirm why the app has been removed.

The app helps you in removing all the Chinese app from your phone. It scans the device and comes up with all the apps having China as their origin. It also gives you an option to select which app to remove.

In these coronavirus times, at one end the lockdown is getting relaxed on the other hand the COVID-19 cases are on the rise. Maharashtra is the worst affected state in India. The one thing that has been concerned for a long time was university exams. The exams cancelled for all the year except the final year.

For the final year, there was no confirmation. Now, Maharashtra CM Uddav Thackery has confirmed that the final-year university exams cancelled and the students will get aggregate marks based on their performance.

Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddav Thackery said:

“I held a meeting of Vice-Chancellors yesterday regarding final year college exams. They unanimously said that the present circumstances do not allow for examinations to be held immediately as it is risky for lakhs of students to come together for exams. So, we have decided that students will get aggregate marks based on their performance in the previous semesters for that academic year.

This is because there is no clarity on when the exams can be held. The future of students should not be kept hanging because of this. Bu4 if a student wants to appear for the final exams to improve their previous performance, they can be given on opportunity in September, October or November, based on how the situation evolves.”

As the news went official, the final year students started to celebrate as they completed their respected course. While the other state students are urging their states to cancel the exams as well.
