The Chief Minister said:

“There is something called civic responsibility. The people are using the footpath which is developed along the river in Panaji city for drinking beer. There will be a heavy fine for drinking in public from the next month. We will implement the decision from August 15 onwards.”

On the other hand, it is the responsibility of the people to keep Goa clean and green. If all the individuals will drink at public places and leave the waste behind, it’ll destroy Goa one day or the other. People must take some serious responsibility and should not do this in the interest of our Country and to maintain Goa as loved tourist Place.
