The Coronavirus has stopped lives. Do not matter who you are. But, for migrant workers, the time is unimaginable. All types of problem you ask, they have seen in the lockdown.
Let it be food, shelter, living with loved once, or any help. They are struggling.
It has been close to 2 months since the coronavirus lockdown and they all want to go home and that isn’t too much ask for. It never can be.
Since lockdown, we are coming across many videos which are very disturbing. Now, a video that is coming in from Bengaluru isn’t any different. A cop from Bengaluru can be seen kicking and slapping migrant workers, who were demanding to go home.

A few migrants workers gather at KG Halli Police Station and were demanding the arrangement to be made so that they can reach Uttar Pradesh. They said they will not leave the place until arrangements were made.
The cop first tried to convince them to leave the police station but, the assistant sub-inspector of police Raja Saheb lost his cool. He kicked and slapped two migrant workers and forced them to leave the premises.
A senior cop, Dr. SD Sharanappa said that the ASI Raja Saheb is suspended and inquiry has been initiated against him.
The migrant workers without essentials and hope, lakhs across the country have chosen to walk or cycle back home.
These guys should be terminated

In extraordinary situations, police should have a human approach instead of kicking and beating the workers.
