We all have heard or installed the Aarogya Setu, a contact tracing app and an essential tool in the fight against the COVID-19 as per the Indian government. The Aarogya Setu’s website says it was developed by the National Informatics Centre and the Information Technology ministry. Both the ministry however have denied knowledge of who created the app in response to a Right to Information query.

This all started after Central Information Commission has issued notice to the government for “evasive answers” on who created the Aarogya Setu app. “Denial of information by authorities cannot be accepted,” the top RTI body says in the notice.
The creator of the App is missing and the app has no creator but that’s not the case on microblogging site as Twitter is having memes on the same. Twitterati are coming up hilarious memes and jokes on the same. Have a look.
