India is in 21-days lockdown fighting Coronavirus. Everything is halted except for the essential services as a step to stop the spread of the novel virus. Everything halted, pollution levels across India have witnessed a drastic fall.
The most recent example is the spectacular view of the Dhauladhar mountain range from a rooftop in Jalandhar, Punjab. The snow-capped mountains, part of the Himalayan range in Himachal Pradesh can be seen due to less pollution.
Not only in India, but the pollution level has also dropped drastically all around the Globe as half of the Earth’s population is in lockdown.
With the news of less pollution coming in, Netizens sitting at home started a sarcastic trend uploading fake photos of all the things they can see from their homes now that pollution is lower than it has ever been.
