Comedian, You Tuber Utsav Chakraborty has been accused of sending sexually explicit messages messages to women, including minor girls. All this started as a twitter thread about a group of Indian men shocking behaviour on a cruise ruin other passengers, which Chakraborty condemned.

A Twitter user, then, got on to the thread to talk about the worst-kept secret in the Indian comedy circuit – the sexual abuse faced by women at the hands of the male comics.

She started a thread condemning Utsav Chakraborty’s sexual misconduct with women, including minor girls. He has been accused of asking minors to send ‘nudes’. His activities do not stop there itself. As one came forward, there were many more stories to come out. And slowly it started to.

Tanushree Dutta’s is currently making headline when she opened up again about a decade old case of sexual harassment against Nana Patekar on the sets of Horn Ok Please. The Number of celebrities came in support of the actress were a few of them denied speaking on the case.

When the case was fresh in 2008, she raised her voice, but no one came to support her from the industry. Her career was destroyed, and so was her mental peace, she had to take a spiritual path after that.

This time when she raised her voice several eye witness came in support of the actress confirming the allegation were true. The Cine and TV Artists’ Association issued a rare apology to Tanushree Dutta, admitting that they did not properly address the actor’s claims that time.

However, CINTAA has released an official statement claiming that the then Executive Committee hasn’t investigated the matter appropriately.

Facebook-owned Instagram was down worldwide and everyone logged into Twitter just to check it out. Twitter flooded with tweets.

We’re aware that some users are having trouble accessing their Instagram accounts. We’re working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible,” said Instagram in a statement before the platform resumed.

“According to its Live Outage Maps, users across India, Australia, US and parts of Europe were unable to access Instagram. Users experienced issues both on Mobile App and desktop version.”

Users reported that they were unable to refresh the news feed on the app. Some users reported issues when logging in the app.

However the issue was resolved and currently, it’s working fine on both Mobile App as well as Desktop version.

Finally, the teaser of Manikarnika — The Queen Of Jhansi is here and, Kangana Ranaut, who plays Rani Laxmi Bai in the film. The movie is all set 25th Jan, i.e. Republic day weekend.

Directed by Radha Krishna Jagarlamudi, Manikarnika is the biopic of the Queen of Jhansi, who shines brightly in the pages of Indian history as a significant figure of the 1857 rebellion against British Raj.
