Redmi 6, Redmi 6 Pro and Redmi 6A smartphones will launch in India soon. Xiaomi India chief Manu Kumar Jain tweeted Thursday, pointing to the launch of these handsets. Remember that Shaomi has launched three smartphones in its Redmi 6 series in China. Meanwhile, the company has sent a media invitation and informed about the launch event on September 5.
In a tweet on Thursday, Manu Kumar Jain wrote, “#DeshKeNayeSmartphones! Mi fans! We’ve got more than one for you! Coming very soon. “This does not confirm the launch of the Redmi 6 series. But there is a video in a tweet that looks like number 6. Apart from this, three smartphones outline. There are no notch displays in the two smartphones, while in the third with notch it is pointing to the Redmi 6 Pro. This phone is the only handset of the Redmi 6 series that comes with Display Notch.

There is no information about the launch date, but the company has started rolling out the media invites for Sept 5th, which give some clarity of the date.
Price in Chinese market of Xiaomi Redmi 6, Xiaomi Redmi 6A and Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro
In the Chinese market, the cost of the Redmi 6 handset starts at 799 Chinese Yuan (about 8,400 rupees). There will be 3 GB RAM and 32 GB storage variants at this price. At the same time, 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage models will be sold in 999 Chinese Yuan (about Rs 10,500).
The price of Redmi 6A in China is 599 Chinese Yuan (around Rs 6,300). This price is for 16GB, 2 GB RAM. And finally, the Redmi 6 Pro price is set at CNY 999 (roughly Rs. 10,400) for the 3GB RAM, 32GB storage variant, CNY 1,199 (roughly Rs. 12,500) for the 4GB RAM, 32GB storage variant, and CNY 1,299 (roughly Rs. 13,600) for the 4GB, 64GB variant.
