Indian team on the day 2 of the 2nd test match has a day which has almost won them the test match the series as well. It has been an outstanding day for India on the field.
First, Hanuma Vihari’s maiden International ton followed by Ishant Sharm’s maiden fifty. They both contributed 112 runs for the 8th wicket partnership. India scored 416 runs in the first inning.
Later in the day when West Indies came to bat they were reduced to 14-4 at one instance after Jasprit Bumrah’s hattrick. The day ended much worse for WI as they ended day losing 7 wickets for 87. India will have a huge 1st inning lead and can enforce follow-on as well.

Vihari who scored 42 on the 1st day came back second day to complete his maiden ton. Vihari who missed out the hundred by 7 runs in the second inning capitalize today and scored 111.

When Ishant reached fifty, there was more joy in the Indian dressing room then it was for vihari’s hundred. Captain was jumping, every with huge smile on the face was cheering for the tailenders first fifty in his 126th inning. Ishant played a sensible knock and scored 57 which helped India’s total to 416

The 25-Year-Old Jasprit Bumrah is only 11 test match old and has already achieved which most don’t. He ranks in the top 10 only playing his 12th test match. He has 5 wicket haul in South Africa, England Australia and West Indies.
The long-coming hattrick was also completed yesterday. In 8th over of the WI inning Bumrah sent back Darren Bravo, Shamarh Brooks, Roston Chase to complete his hattrick. He became only third Indian to achieve the feat.
