The game this World Cup needs badly. Sri Lanka Stunned England and we have an upset at Headingley, Leeds. Sri Lanka defeated the host by 20 runs and earned their 2nd win in the tournament.
Sri Lanka won the toss and elected to bat first and was struggling 3-2. Lankan’s lost wicket continuously which stopped accelerating their inning and in the end scored 232.
England while chasing lost Jonny Bairstow to a golden duck. They lost wicket at regular interval. Ben Stokes ran out of partners, in the end, giving a much-needed win.
Everyone was all praise for Sri Lanka after their amazing performance.
