ICC Twitter account often comes up with a cheeky tweet and fans trash them. After the cricket world cup final, ICC posted a photo which shows Sachin and Ben Stokes and the caption was written:
“The greatest cricketer of all time – and Sachin Tendulkar”
Taking the reference from the same tweet ICC today reposted the same picture with caption told you so after the Stokes match-winning knock in the third Ashes test match.

Ben Stokes heroic won single-handedly the test match for England and levelled the Ashes with two matches to go. At one time England were 286 for 9 while chasing 359 but Ben pulled off an excellently impressive inning to keep Ashes alive.
After the ICC tweet, it didn’t take long for fans to jump in and trash ICC and came up one after another logic to remind ICC about the greatest cricketer on the planet.
One has 15,921 Runs in tests 18426 ODIs, Averaging 54 and 45.
Other has 3479 in tests and 2628
in ODIs. averaging 35 and 40.Shall I talk about centuries??

I think Sachin deserves more respect than this.. In the late 90s he shouldered the Entire Indian cricket team on his Own..countless times.. The only difference.. There wasn’t any Twitter during that time..

Sachin Tendulkar who retired from Cricket in 2013 but the craze for him isn’t going short in any manner. Whenever and wherever he appears his fans go berserk but looks like ICC wants to be in the news which some controversial cheeky tweets.
