PSG started the big game very brightly and had some brilliant chances but could only get two before half time with a 13-minute goal from Juan Bernat only to find Liverpool shot-stopper wrong-footed to guide a ball to his near post. It was in the 37th minute when PSG double there lead with there main man Neymar Jr who started a brilliant counter-attack and at the end was lucky to get the rebound at this feet for tap in.

It was in the 1st half stoppage time when Ángel Di María gave away a penalty which ref first awarded the penalty later his assistance helped him to award a penalty which Milner send home to half the deficit. It’s 2-1 at HT in Parc des Princes.
The best chance of 2nd chance half came to PSG through the corner which Marquinhos heads to Alisson and force a save. Liverpool was not good enough in the game and they deserve to lose. Against 8 PSG shots on Goal Liverpool only managed one that through James Milner penalty. Neymar Jr was at top form in the game along with the Thiago Silva and Marquinhos.
So this group proved to be the group of death. Still, we don’t know who might progress further. Napoli on top with 9 points. PSG with eight on 2nd and Liverpool with six on 3rd. So for Liverpool to make knock out stage this term they need to beat Napoli at Anfield in 2 weeks whereas PSG faces an easy test at Red Star Belgrade.
