Windies and England teams are playing the second match of the 3 Test series in Antigua. After winning the first Test, the hosts are strong in the second Test, but the third day for the team is very emotional.
When the Windies team was gearing up for the third day, they received the sad news that was the death of Windies young fast bowler Alzarri Joseph’s mother, Sharon Joseph, who was ill from some time.

Despite receiving the worst news, Joseph decided to stay with the team. Alzarri Joseph did warm up with team-mates before the third day’s play and batted at number 10.
Meanwhile, during the third day’s play, the two teams paid tribute to Alzarri Joseph’s mother by a black armband.
Windies manager said we know that it is unfortunate and painful for Alzarri Joseph and his family. We are all with him during this sad time.
We understand Alzarri Joseph is continuing to take part in the Antigua Test despite the death of his mother earlier today.
Incredibly brave.
Our thoughts are with him and his family. #bbccricket #WIvENG pic.twitter.com/GVVYHB0iXc

Real grit from Alzarri Joseph. Just 22, lost his mother in the morning yet bowling his heart out. Young kid has grown into a man. Thoughts with him&his family. Youngsters standing up has been most vital in the making of this new West Indies, which is great for Test Cricket #WIvEng pic.twitter.com/QJWAXoLGXh

Alzarri Joseph lost his mother at the age of 22 today 😞
But still played, took two wickets & the catch to dismiss the last England batsman to secure the series for his country
I have no words 👏👏👏#WIvENG

Just the night after you lost your mother, on the following morning, you represent your nation and put on a wonderful bowling spell under painful circumstances. You ensure your team are on the verge of winning a test series. Alzarri Joseph is a brave man indeed. #WIvENG pic.twitter.com/auMtpuft06
