The violent face-off at the Galwan valley in between India and China has caused casualties. The Indian army in a statement confirmed that 20 army personnel are martyrs. There are also casualties on the other side. ANI confirms that 43 casualties including dead and serious injuries.
Indian news channels are covering the whole situation. The Republic news yesterday debating on the same issue with hashtag #ChinaGetOut. The irony of the debate which Arnab Goswami was hosting is that the advertisement coming was of Chinese company Vivo and another Chinese company Mi.

After 1975, this is the first violent incident on the Indo-China border which result in casualties. For weeks, the Indian and Chinese soldiers have been in a standoff at Pangong Tso, Galwan Valley, Demchok, and Daulat Beg Oldie in eastern Ladakh.
