LK Advani not contesting elections, Shatrughan Sinha ticket cancelled. All these news grabbed headlines but, the biggest of the one is Rahul Gandhi decided to fight from two seats this LS election.
Congress president used to fight from Amethi as the seat is considered to one of the safest Congress seats. But in 2014, Smirti Irani reduced the margin of 107,000 votes which in 2009 was over 370,000 votes.
As BJP again announced Smiri Irani from the Amethi constituency two days prior, today news broke out that Rahul Gandhi is looking for an alternate seat to fight for as he isn’t sure to win from Amethi. Rahul Gandhi has now decided to fight from Wayanad constituency in Kerala.
