The politics in India gives you permission to say anything and when it backfired the blames goes to media. The politicians after speaking on camera refuse to accept the statement. There have been a number of occasions when politicians come up with immature statements. BJP’s protem Madhya Pradesh speaker Rameshwar Sharma came up with the same.
In this coronavirus crisis, the frontline workers are trying to curve down the graph. It seems that politicians are having some other priorities. Protem Speaker of Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly Rameshwar Sharma has come up with a kinda weird statement.
He joined the COVID-19 and Ram Mandir. He said that the construction of Ram Mandir will start the destruction of coronavirus.
Here is his statement in full:
“He (Lord Ram) had reincarnated for the welfare of mankind and to kill demons at that time. As soon as the construction of Ram Temple begins the destruction of the COVID-19 pandemic will begin too.”
“Not only India, but the entire world is suffering due to coronavirus. We are not only maintaining social distancing but also remembering our holy figures. The Supreme Court has ordered that Ram Temple will be built.”
Bhoomi-Poojan for Ram temple is scheduled for 5th August. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lay the foundation stone of Ram Mandir. Around 200 people will be attending the events.
Home Minister Amit Shah, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, Maharashtra Chief Minister Udhav Thackeray and Bihar CM Nitish Kumar are also on the list of invitees.
