Yesterday night a Zomato user tweet after ordering food on a food-delivery app. His concern was about the delivery executive assigned for his food order. He was concerned about the Non-Hindu rider for delivery of his meal.
He tweeted that Zomato has allocated a non-Hindu rider and they can’t change the rider and aren’t refunding the amount on cancellation.
In a series of tweets, Amit Shukla, Living in Jabalpur Madhya Pradesh, even shared the screenshots of his conversation with Zomato’s customer care, saying he would take up the issue with his lawyers.
Just cancelled an order on @ZomatoIN they allocated a non hindu rider for my food they said they can’t change rider and can’t refund on cancellation I said you can’t force me to take a delivery I don’t want don’t refund just cancel
