In a bizarre incident, a woman ran away with his lover as she was allegedly denied eggs by his husband in Uttar Pradesh’s Gorakhpur district.
The woman, who lives in Campierganj had earlier eloped with her paramour four months ago and later returned. She informed the police that her husband didn’t give her eggs which made her upset.
On October 26th, husband and wife fought over the same issue again and the wife left her home. The wife and her lover both are missing and the police suspect that they both might be together.
The husband revealed that the lover took advantage of the situation by saying,
“She was fond of eggs and her paramour regularly brought eggs for her.”
Her husband is a daily wage laborer and couldn’t afford eggs every day. He also alleged that his wife’s beloved took advantage of her weakness for eggs and started bringing them daily.
