Living in such a modern society, caste and religion shouldn’t bother us much. These things are slowly but, surely changing in the Urban areas but coming to the rural areas the old tradition still follows as they were and woman has to suffer still.
This video will surely disturb you. In ‘Devigard’ village, a married woman falls in love with another man of a different caste. Her punishment from panchayat of the village was to put her husband on the shoulder and roam across the whole village. People walking around her were hassling her.

As the video went viral a police team went to the village and started to look into the matter. SP of the district, Vineet Jain said:
“Some people in a group disrespected a woman in Devigarh, Jhabua. A case has been registered against all of them and 2 people have been arrested so far.”
