And in the latest development, a FIR is registerred at Rajiv Nagar police station in Patna by Sushant’s father against actor and late actor’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty.
KK Singh has accused Rhea Chakraborty in the name of love and abetting him to commit suicide. The case has been filed against the actress under sections 406, 420, 341,323,342 of the IPC.

SSR’s father registered a five-page FIR against Rhea on Sunday, accusing the actress of instigating the actor to commit suicide. Bihar Police officers have reached Patna to question Rhea in connection with SSR’s death case.
Sushant’s father has expressed his inability to go to Mumbai to fight the case due to his health issues. Therefore, the case was filed in Patna.
