Today, the country and the World witness the groundbreaking ceremony at the Ram Mandir. The prime minister today laid the foundation stone for the grand world-class temple of Lord Ram. Over 160 million turned into a TV to watch the ceremony live. And this makes a reporter Punya Prasun Bajpai extremely unhappy.
He took on Twitter to share the same information. He tweeted that In 2019 general election BJP grabbed around 23 crore votes and a year later only 16 crore people watch the Ram Mandir Bhumi Pujan.

Firstly, the viewership is only of the DD national. And Ram Mandir Bhumi Pujan was broadcasted live on around 200 channels. Then in this digital age, there are many other ways to watch the live program.
Punya Prasun Bajpai also thought that one television set can only be viewed by one.
Whereas on average a single TV is shared by three members. However, there is no exact number but one thing is for sure that the viewership has made a few records. But, some set of people can’t digest the truth and are busy with politics.
