Tech Mahindra has sacked its global head of training following a series of posts by a former employee of the company who accused his supervisor of discriminating against him a week after it said it would conduct an internal investigation on the matter. This comes after India’s top court made gay sex legal in a landmark decision on September 6.
As promised, I wrote an email to my then boss at a Mahindra company I used to work with. She was a bigot and I suffered in her hands, I hence called her out. pic.twitter.com/4uHev8MY7G

@gauravpramanik ‘s case with @tech_mahindra is a story of courage that has emerged given the impetus by the supreme Court with the 377 verdict. We need more people like him to question authority and atleast retrospectively stand up for their rights and against homophobes. Kudos

This is the 1st such case Post 377, and this certainly will give others to speak out the issue they have been silent on.
