A 14-Yo girl was raped by 62-Yo man in Uttarakhand. The matter came into light when the parents of the girl find out her to be 5-months pregnant. After that, on Sunday a complaint is lodged against the accused said police. The incident is of Udham Singh Nagar district of Uttarakhand.
According to Hindustan Times, a police official on condition of anonymity said:
“As per the complaint, the accused, who runs a furniture shop, first raped her about seven months ago after luring her into his shop with chocolate. He threatened her with dire consequences if she informed anyone in her family.”
After that the accused raped the minor girl multiple times. The parents only came to know when the girl gets pregnant and when her parents confronted her. After the girl narrated the whole story, victims parents filed a police complaint.
The case is registered and the investigation is going on. The girl has been sent to a hospital for medical examination. However, the accused is yet to be arrested. said the inspector Dinesh Bartwal, who is investigating the case.
