HDFC Bank is India’s largest private sector bank. The users of the bank are suffering from yesterday due to the technical glitch. The customers of HDFC Bank are unable to use internet banking as well as mobile banking.
The services went down yesterday on December 2nd, the first working day of the month and also the salary day. The services are down since 10:00 AM yesterday as the bank failed to resolve it till now.
HDFC Bank tweeted to calm the customers:
“Due to a technical glitch, some of our customers have been having trouble logging into our net banking and MobileBanking App. Our experts are working on it on top priority, and we’re confident we’ll be able to restore services shortly. While we deeply regret the inconvenience caused, there’s no cause for undue concern.”
What BS! Net banking down since yesterday and you still put the false update about heavy customer load. @HDFCBank_Cares @HDFC_Bank , I hope our money is safe in your bank. #hdfcbank what’s the real update? #hdfcbankdown pic.twitter.com/3mpxP29kxV

The technical glitch has left many users in trouble. Some may need to pay bills, transfer money and also many still have a credit card bill. If not paid on time, it will affect the civil score due to the Bank’s fault. x
Twitter users are showing concern while asking questions to the HDFC bank as everyone waits for services to resume.
Ok so what happens if I miss a credit card payment because #hdfcbankDOWN? will Anay pay the late charges for me?

So the number 1 bank does for 2 consecutive days. Netbanking down, adding to customer woes, loss of revenues for many – but there’s such a lovely calmness about it. I am sure the PR department at HDFC is better paid than the tech department! @HDFCBank_Cares #hdfcbankdown https://t.co/9UZQitFxeX
