2nd phase of voting concluded on April 18th and over 62% voters turned out to vote for the eight constituencies of Uttar Pradesh. A bizarre and a shocking incident from Shikarpur area of Bulandshahr where a Dalit youth chopped off his finger.
In Bulandshahr, BSP-SP-RLD’s man Yogesh Verma who is giving a direct competition to BJP’s Bhola Ram.
Pawan Kumar, a 25-year-old Dalit is a BSP supporter and he went to vote for Mahaghatbandhan but, accidentally voted for BJP. After Pawan realized his mistake he chopped off his finger.
