A five-time MLA from Chhattisgarh, Kawasi Lakhma who is also a minister in the current state government of Bhupesh Baghel was caught on camera giving rare shocking advice to the children. His piece of advice to the student was, grab the Collector and SP by their collars when one student asked him how to become a leader.
In the video, the Congress leader was recalling one of the recent incidents which he narrated in front of the student and several other people.

He was saying that when one of the students asked, How to become a big leader.? Kawasi Lakhma replies — “Bada neta banna hain to Collector, SP ka collar pakdo (If you want to become a big politician, grab the collars of the Collector and the Superintendent of Police)”.
After his comment, everyone around him started laughing while the student maintains a shy smile on the face. The video clip is of the Teachers Day, which is now widely spreading on Twitter.
When news agency ANI approached the Congress Leader asking the same, the MLA said — My statement has been misconstrued. Instead, I’d told them to serve people if they want to be leaders, fight for them at Collector offices.

After the clip of the minister, Kawasi Lakhma spread online, users on Twitter have started to trash him for his immature irresponsible advice to the future of India.
