Today, Sheila Dikshit Congress Delhi said — There will be no alliance with AAP. As Congress rejected the request of Arvind Kejriwal, Whole AAP who was playing on backfoot against Congress immediately started to attack Congress all around. Arvind Kejriwal also said BJP – Congress has some secret understanding
