A 16-Year-old girl from Sangareddy, Hyderabad fabricated a rape story said the police. On Thursday, the girl approached the Sangareddy police and accused four men of raping her in Ameenpur area. When the cops started to investigate the case they found the story to be cooked-up.
The girl said the police that the accused men raped her at a secluded spot.
Chandrasekhar Reddy, Superintendent of Police (SP), Sangareddy said:
“The rape claim has been proved to be false. The girl went out with her boyfriend and cooked up the rape story.”
A few days before the girl along with her family was shifted to Hyderabad from Andhra Pardesh. Thursday morning, a girl left the home after an argument with her mother over stealing money.
The girl in her statement to police said after leaving the home she was roaming on the road. A biker started misbehaving with her and she slapped him. After that, he left the spot. Later, the bike came back and claimed to have an obscene video of her taking a bath.
Further, the girl said that after telling about the video, the biker asked her to accompany him. Soon after this the three men arrived in the car and took her to a secluded spot. They took the girl behind the bushes and allegedly raped her, said the girl to Sangareddy police.
The girl then said to the police that all the four accused men sat a distance from her after raping her and kept watching her. She further told that after the men left the spot she contacted the police.
Chandrasekhar Reddy, Superintendent of Police (SP) said that a police team reached the spot after they were informed and rescued the girl. The SP said that during the investigation, they found out that the girl had gone out with her boyfriend.
