Post demonetization, RBI has introduced multiple currencies with different colours. First ₹500 and ₹2000 notes were introduced and later we saw ₹10, ₹50, ₹100 and ₹200 new notes and now RBI has introduced a light yellow ₹20 note.
Reserve Bank of India now introduced new ₹20 notes. The new notes will be issued shortly and will come in light-green, light-yellow colour.
The new banknote has a motif of Ellora Caves on the reverse, depicting the country’s cultural heritage.
