Upma is another popular breakfast most common in the Southern part of India. It can be made very quickly with very few ingredients. Rava, Urad dal, Chopped onion (if you want), Green chili, lemon, and water. And a few spices to are needed.

You can also use peanuts, Cashew if you have time. For a quick one, use the main ingredients and serve it with sev.

Masala Kichadi:

Boil the spinach and corn separately. Now, heat a pan and put 50gms butter on it. Once butter melted. Put 1tbsp of maida, mix it properly and add 3-4tbsp of milk. After it is mixed properly. You need to make white Sause which requires butter, Aata, milk, pepper powder and salt. The Pasta’s need to be boiled. Pasta, water and a pinch of salt. You can add onion and capsicum if you want.

Oregano and red chili flakes. You can also add cheese if you want.
