ZEE5 made a debut in the comedy with the originals Comedy Shots. The season-I features act by Gaurav Kapoor, Anubhav Bassi and Rahul Dua, Sumit Anand and Sumaira Shaikh among others.
EP: 1 — Comedy Shots: Rahul Dua on Family
In the first episode of the comedy shots, Rahul Dua takes a centre stage and talks about his family. He starts with the summer where he describes how his family is united in the season.

In the episode: 2 of Comedy Shots, Anubhav Singh Bassi take on the struggle of a stand-up comic. What all they deal with, how Indian families react to and the complete atmosphere outside.
Bassi shares his Gurgaon experience:
“Gurgaon chal tu kabhi, waha nahi aa rahi kisi ke samaj main kya hoti stand up comedy. Unhe lag raha hai unhe bhi krani hoti hai.”
He in the later part takes on the Government hospitals and their condition describing his experience.

In this episode, Gaurav Kapoor explains his half-marathon journey.
“Marathon main kya hota hai na, kisi or organizer ko paisa do or daudo, Agar paise mera ja raha hai to pasina mera kyun jaye.”

“I have been creepy. There have been moments where she has been like Sumit stop staring at that girl it’s been 5 minutes. And I have been like just one more minute. Now I have already caught now, let’s just be a complete creep.”
