Sushant Singh Rajput was just 34 and took his own life at his Bandra apartment. It’s just been a few hours since the news broke. Everyone is in a state of shock and media reached out at his home in Patna to get a statement from his family. Netizens thrashed them and now its Alia Bhatt and Karan Johar.
Everyone knows Sushant was going through depression and was also undergoing treatment for depression. No one for Bollywood came in support of him when needed. And suddenly after he’s gone, the actor is becoming everyone’s favorite.
This is heartbreaking….I have such strong memories of the times we have shared …I can’t believe this ….Rest in peace my friend…when the shock subsides only the best memories will remain….💔 pic.twitter.com/H5XJtyL3FL

I’m in a deep state of shock.
No matter how much I think about it, I don’t have the words.
I’m totally devastated.
You’ve left us too soon.
You will be missed by each and every one of us.
My deepest condolences to Sushant’s family, loved ones, and his fans. 🙏— Alia Bhatt (@aliaa08) June 14, 2020
Netizens along with some filmmakers are calling out ‘Big industry people’ for their double standards and hypocrisy. Nikhil Dwivedi, Kangana Ranaut called out big Bollywood people. Sushant Singh is an outsider and despite the number of successful releases he was treated differently.
Netizens Callout Alia Bhatt And Karan Johar For Their ‘Double Standards.’
Says a man who mocked the living daylights out of him for being a TV actor.
Bollywood is utter filth. Hypocrisy at its best. https://t.co/A8EYE4uZAV

Might be a good time to reflect on the Mean Girls culture your show perpetuates. What is the message you send with Qs like “Which of these actors is giving the ‘A-listers’ competition?” or asking guests to rank the same set of actors belonging to your privileged coterie? https://t.co/rbeCtEoNJR

FUCKK KARAN JOHAR. YOU AND YOUR ELITIST BUFFOONS LITERALLY MOCKED HIM DAY AND NIGHT. I’m so angry. You don’t get to disrespect people in their lives and then fake sympathy when they’re dead. https://t.co/FylJO6veCc

This fucker deliberately used to make fun of SSR in his nasty talk show. His rapid fire always ended up guests ranking SSR lowest. https://t.co/1aHKnPrIDh

No one wants your god damned two cents..ask your uncle to offer an apology for not coming to the succor of the poor chap when he direly needed his assistance and solace…your uncle mukesh bhatt should bury his head in the sands if he has any shame left in him

Seeing these tweets from celebrities who mocked him, isolated him, never congratulated him for his performances makes me sick !
You failed him a while back, these taps on your phone screen don’t mean anything now !

Bollywood have failed as family , so many people choose suicide in this industry. Time to do something for mental health .
